1. HEI is requested to provide required data in data template, As Incomplete Entries should not be considered. So please relook and provide correct revised data.

2. Please provide data in the template Academic year wise and mentioning the name and year of the program also. HEI could add a row mentioning Academic year below which list of students should be provided including the total number of students on rolls across all the programs (consider 1st, 2nd ,3rd years etc., of each program) for all the assessment years.

3. Kindly note that Same Enrollment number for the Different student is not possible which should not be considered, please provide UNIQUE Enrollment number for each student and provide correct revised data.

4. Please Provide appropriate link to the admission approval documents received from the university for assessment period.

5. Please provide Year wise list of students approved by the AFFILIATING UNIVERSITY for the last five years which should be COUNTABLE on the letter HEAD of the HEI, with the SEAL and SIGNED by the Head of the Institute.

6. Kindly Consider only the students on the rolls during the odd semesters if the program is of semester scheme.

1. HEI is requested to Kindly provide date of joining and date of leaving (The Teachers those who left the Institute) of all the full-time teachers during the last five years in table 2.1(b) in data template.

2. Kindly note that Full time teacher who have joined the Institute on the Date 12/06/2023 is beyond the Assessment period which should not be considered. So please relook and provide data Accordingly.

3. Kindly note that the teachers those who have less than 1 year of experienced should not be considered. So please check and provide data accordingly.

4. Please provide YEAR-WISE list of all full-time teachers indicating the departmental affiliation during the assessment period authenticated by the Principal/ Competent authority which should be COUNTABLE for the last five years.

5. Please provide the year-wise list of total full-time teachers in block five years (Without repeat count) indicating the departmental affiliation during the assessment period authenticated by the principal/competent authority as per revised data.

6. Please provide Appointment letter of all the full- time teacher.

3. Kindly Exclude Librarian, physical education director if, B.Lib.Sc., M.Lib.Sc., B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., etc., are not offered. Note: A teacher employed for teaching for at least 90 per cent of the normal or statutory number of hours of work for a full-time teacher over a complete Academic year is classified as a full-time teacher.

1. HEI should Kindly note that total expenditure excluding salary year wise during the last five years could not be less than addition of HEI input in related metric 4.1.2 and 4.4.1, in present case it is less for the FY 2018-19. please check and provide correct data.

2.Kindly note that Audited Statement of income and expenditure should be in the name of applicant HEI only, but not in the name of the Trust / Society.

3.Kindly Must provide Year-wise Audited Income and Expenditure statement and HIGHLIGHT the expenditure, excluding salary for infrastructure augmentation during last five years, duly SEALED and SIGNED by the Head of the Institute and C.A both.

4.Kindly provide a CA certificate for Expenditure for infrastructure augmentation, excluding salary year- wise during last five years (INR in lakhs) duly SIGNED and SEALED by the Head of the Institute and C.A. both.

5. Also Expenditure excluding salary year-wise should not be less than the addition of Expenditure for infrastructure augmentation, excluding salary and Expenditure incurred on maintenance of infrastructure (physical facilities and academic support facilities) excluding salary components.so please check and provide accordingly.

6. Kindly note that the calculation of this metrics is To be calculated excluding salary component, depreciation and excess of income over expenditure from the total expenditure given in audited statements only apart from these all other expense are to be considered. Note: a. Claims made without Audited Income Expenditure statements will not to be considered. b. The audited financial statements must be in name of HEI. no other name or parent body's details will not be entertained.
