To coordinate the planning and implementation of quality improvement activities, such as staff training programmes, special development programmes for both slow and advanced learners, and refresher training sessions.

To develop and maintain an annual schedule of lectures.

To document the activities and initiatives of the Staff Academy.

To develop and apply quality benchmarks and parameters for various academic and administrative activities within the institution.

To disseminate information on various quality parameters in higher education.

To organize workshops and seminars on quality-related themes and promote quality circles.

To document the various programmes and activities that lead to quality improvement.

To serve as a nodal agency for the institution's quality-related activities.

To prepare the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to be submitted to NAAC, based on established quality parameters.

To lead preparations for the NAAC assessment and accreditation process.

To organize expert lectures on competitive examinations for students.
