Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College

Internal Quality Assurance Cell(IQAC)

Co-ordinator (IQAC): Mrs. V. Subbalakshmi, M. Sc., M. Phil.

Since the college was assessed and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the commitment to quality enhancement initiatives has strengthened significantly. In response, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established to foster quality awareness and emphasize the importance of quality and its enhancement in both content and delivery among campus functionaries. The IQAC is dedicated to supporting campus functionaries in contributing positively to creating and maintaining the right academic culture and quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement and Continuous Improvement

Students are our primary stakeholders, and in our mission to deliver high-quality services, the IQAC actively involves teachers in developing better systems and improving processes. To partially fulfil this mission, several measures have been implemented:

1. Student Feedback: Regular feedback from students on functionaries, physical facilities, and services is collected, processed, and shared with relevant parties. Guidance is provided to help improve these areas.

2. Performance Assessment Tools: Tools have been developed to assess the performance levels of functionaries in curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular areas. Systems are designed to guide improvements and reward improvement.

3. Supportive Systems: Ample scope and freedom are provided within systems and processes to enable functionaries to work efficiently and improve their performance.

4. Periodic Performance Assessments: Peer team assessments are conducted periodically to ensure continuous improvement.

Management Support and Direction

The management's unwavering support for quality enhancement initiatives is instrumental in positioning the college on a progressive trajectory toward quality enhancement in content and delivery for our stakeholders.
