At the postgraduate level, students of English Language and Literature sharpen their ability to write, read, analyse, and persuade. Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College introduced its PG programme in English Literature in 1999. The department fosters an intellectual community that equips students with excellent employability skills through a combination of literary study and skill development initiatives. The department takes pride in its faculty and students, who are highly regarded in the fields of education and research.

  • Course Duration: 2 years (full-time)
  • Programme Pattern: 4 semesters, each with 5 theory papers. The 4th semester includes a viva voce examination and project submission. Students must complete a two-credit MOOC course in the 3rd and 4th semesters. Assessment is based on 30% internal evaluation and 70% external evaluation.
